• The amusement park in Sandusky is Cedar Point, and, correspondingly it is owned by Cedar Fair.
• Kennywood is independent. I was probably thinking of Knott's Berry Farm.
• Fast, cheap and Out of Control was released in 1997, not 1994.
• They are licorice all sorts, not licorice petit-fours.

• The movie I described was Fitzcarraldo, not Aguirre.
